PBW has reached the West Coast. Creators of the New-York based beauty and wellness booking app announced today that beauty professionals and patrons in Los Angeles County, Riverside County, Sacramento County, and the Bay Area can now add their profiles to, and book appointments using, PBW’s app.
This expansion marks the first group of major US cities added to PBW’s service area that are not along the Eastern Seaboard. The move aims to connect beauty professionals in Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Sacramento, Palm Springs, and Palm Desert with the 20 million Southern California residents across the four-county area.
PBW offers users the opportunity to book with stylists, beauticians, nail techs, and wellness experts on a secure, user-friendly platform. Clients can search PBW’s mobile app to find services by location, a provider’s Instagram handle, or their area of expertise. Users also have the option to search for trending and popular services and techniques to find the profiles of local service providers.
Earlier this year, stakeholders at PBW reported the company had expanded its service to include all five of New York’s iconic boroughs. Within a month, the company added Boston-Cambridge to its service areas. As the entertainment capital of the US and home to LAX, one of the nation’s second busiest international airports, Los Angeles has become a world-renowned testing ground for emerging beauty and wellness trends.
With a strong presence across key cities on the East Coast, and the recent move into the SoCal market, PBW is poised for nationwide coverage in the next 12 months.
